OUR TEAM

Meet the passionate individuals who drive the success of CABS LLC. Each member of our team brings unique expertise and a shared dedication to deliver exceptional animal behavior consulting services to our clients.

Dr. Cathy Carrier graduated from the University of Wisconsin Veterinary School, and then served in the US Army Veterinary Corp at multiple R&D sites. Most of her career has been spent working in fast paced CROs, academia, and animal production facilities where she achieved ACLAM board certification by the experience route. Today, she has her own business offering onsite clinical laboratory animal veterinary relief and consulting.

Dr. Weed has 40 years of experience working in the laboratory animal community. He specializes in behavioral management; assessment of socialization challenges for all animals; and designing innovative laboratory housing. He is a subject matter expert in non-human primate behavior and lab animal socializations. Dr. Weed previously directed and implemented the behavioral management programs for the Division of Veterinary Resources at NIH and the Comparative Medicine Branch at the CDC.
